I was sitting here looking cell phone ring tones when I had a crazy flashback!!! I was looking in the “Top 90′s” tones and I sampled Ricky Martin’s “Livin’ La Vida Loca” and it hit me. I SAW RICKY MARTIN IN CONCERT!!! I cannot believe I forgot about that. Lindsay and I went to see him and oh how my heart almost failed when we got tickets. He came onto stage on this convertible car on a rotating stage shaking his Bon Bon in tight leather pants and I decided then and there that I was going to be one of his booty dancers. I can shake my bon bon with the best of them and I figured that was better than getting a real job : ) Well, my aspirations never came to fruition, but one can dream, right? Since then I have raised the bar and decided to be one of Justin Timberlake’s booty dancers.
I’ve just spent the last half hour looking for the picture of Lindsay and I holding a white eraser board that says “Oh my goodness! We’re going to see Ricky Martin!” It seems to be missing. Maybe the Paparazzi got a hold of it. Who knows. It appears I’ve been a concert fanatic for many years.

I remember when he was big on the radio in New Zealand
I was living in Christchurch in the Sth Island of New Zealand My Home Schooler was a baby and I was cleaning houses part time I remember he came on the radio when I was cleaning this ladies bedroom she lived in quite a mess and I could have done a lot to clean her house but she didnt require that i only had to clean her bathroom and vacuum clean her floors I think she had some accident and couldnt do these jobs
I hated working i wanted to be with my children and it didnt help that my home schoolers dad was abusive i found out much later on that when i was working he would call my daughter (now estranged) terrible names
and i also found that when i was cleaning houses my house suffered – I couldnt be stuffed looking after it after looking after many other peoples houses

I have been to FAR too FEW concerts in my life. I’ve seen Lenny Kravitz, Pink (they were together) and uh … oh, yea! Reba McIntyre!

TOO FUNNY!!!!!
I haven’t been to that many. Well, not compared to you
But now it’s making me really think? My first 2 concerts were NKOTB, in college I saw a ton — Vanilla Ice, Smashing Pumpkins, Indigo Girls (twice), George Clinton, Ziggy Marley, Veruca Salt, Sponge, Natalie Merchant, Bonnie Raitt, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, 311, They Might Be Giants, Smash Mouth, Real Big Fish, The Urge, Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLachlan, Missy Elliot, Liz Phair and Fiona Apple.
Since college I saw Indigo Girls again. I’ve had absolutely no life since college. I miss college and I miss concerts!

I just might have that picture lying around somewhere… I’ll check tonight
In the meantime, I’m doing all kinds of research to find out if it’s safe to attend concerts while you’re pregnant? I’ve already decided not to care – and I have tickets for three in the next couple of months (including Oasis with YOU – yay!), but one is four days before my due date… Hmmm…
