Would you come to stay?
I managed to transform my 4 year old’s very little girl bedroom into a guest suite this afternoon. I’m happy with how it turned out. Thank you for all your suggestions. I was right along the same lines as most of you, but it was really fun to get all your suggestions and why you suggested them : ) I see we all like a little luxury. Here’s what I got together…A toiletry basket on the bed, complete with new toothbrush, toothpaste, shave gel, a new cup, lotions, lip balm, shower gel, body spray, new face cloths and towels and chocolate. A little box I made on the pillow with chocolates in it. A fun tissue box that I found with a cool pattern on it. A nice candle on the night stand. Two new pillows. A new duvet with fresh new white cover and pillow cases. Two fun magazines. Fresh flowers on the dresser.
I’ve converted our main bathroom into a guest bathroom (for the weekend the girls will use our ensuite with us). I put new soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and puff, more new towels, and lotions.
Maybe she’ll want to come back again one day : ) And now that I have all this stuff anyone else want to come visit? : )
When is she leaving?? I’ll be there!

So you will have to help me. I have a friend visiting me from Mississippi in a few weeks and she will be sleeping in Noah’s room. (I’m sorry I didn’t think about doing that for you — truly I am) How do I transform a boy’s room? She is just going to be here 24 hours.

Looks phenominal. You went over and above what is required from a host. I would feel totally pampered and relaxed if I was your guest. Have a blast!!!
