Who cares that is' 29 and not 30. Renting out a bigger space for more room for your oodles of friends is perfectly fine. Do what YOU want to do 'cause it's YOUR birthday. And waiting a couple of weeks to have it can still be considered your birthday party. There are no rules that say you have to have it in the same week as you were actually born. GO FOR IT!!
