Cheezy, flavourful and simple, this is the pizza innovation we’ve all been waiting for! Excellent for gatherings or game nights, this is pizza you can actually dip into! This creamy dip is packed with the flavour of a traditional pizza with a gooey texture that lends itself properly to crunchy crackers, tortillas, thick potato chips or even sliced baguette.

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced pepperoni or semi-cured chorizo sausage
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • three tbsp (45 mL) all goal flour
  • one/2 tsp (2 mL) every single dried oregano and basil leaves
  • 1/four tsp (one mL) hot pepper flakes
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 one/two cups (375 mL) milk
  • one cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) pizza sauce
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped green or black olives (optional)

In, a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add pepperoni and garlic (if utilizing) and cook, stirring for one minute. Stir in flour, oregano, basil, sizzling pepper flakes and salt cook for one minute. Steadily add milk and whisk until finally smooth and combined. Cook, stirring for about three minutes or right up until thickened. Stir in cheese and pizza sauce until finally cheese is melted. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with olives (if utilizing) to serve.
